Victor College specializes in small group classes for English as a second language (ESL) and delivers effective training to international students, new immigrants, business professionals, and visitors. Victor College is designated by BC Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) and holds EQA under BC Ministry of Advanced Education. Victor College also offers IELTS Preparation Course under ESL Program, which is designed to prepare students for IELTS exam. We have dynamic and dedicated teachers that will help you to achieve your goals in learning the English language. Victor College provides a variety of services for domestic and international students: educational consulting, school application, study permit/visa extension, homestay arrangement and IELTS test application. Victor College is an officially registered IELTS Test Information Centre.
