More and more, young people are growing up in Vancouver speaking two or three different languages. It is a sign of the growing multicultural face of Vancouver. This is why the Berlitz Vancouver Language Centre believes that it is now more important than ever to equip your children. Language instruction benefits kids and teens It encourages intellectual development It aids understanding of the native language It lays a foundation for appreciating other cultures It provides a sound basis for language learning at school It improves job opportunities in many fields The earlier a child starts to learn a new language the more likely they are to speak in that language as a native speaker would. At Berlitz Vancouver, we believe learning a new language shouldn’t be all about books and studying. Language is a living breathing thing and therefore is something that needs to be taught in a fun and interactive manner, that is why all our courses for kids and teens are taught in such a way as to maximize this innate ability to absorb a new language. The language instructor at our Vancouver Language Centre are all trained professionals with the key skill to be able to make learning a new language something they will look forward to and can then use out in the real world as they grow.
