Q. Can my institution pilot ClassTop free?
A. Yes. For a limited time ClassTop will offer free pilots to qualified schools. Please visit our Pilot Center for more information.

Q. How much does ClassTop cost?
A. Prices vary on the number of licenses purchased by your institution. Please visit our Pricing for more information.

Q. Do I have to be connected to the internet to get work done on ClassTop?
A. No! ClassTop is mobile software. Instructors may work in ClassTop while
not connected to the Internet and then synchronize their work the next them
they are connected to the Internet.

Q. How is ClassTop support handled?
A. ClassTop offers tutorials and web support to instructors and tier three support to your institutions' technical administration center.

Q. What operating systems does ClassTop support?
A. ClassTop runs on - Windows 2000 - Vista.

Q. What are the minimum system requirements for the client machine?
A. ClassTop requires a minimum of 500 Mhz processor, 128 MB RAM, 100 MB of
Disk space, Internet connection to sync.

Q: Does ClassTop run directly from a USB thumb drive, memory card or network
device?
A: Yes! ClassTop is a very lightweight thin-client that does not require a
deep installation to your operating system. You may run the ClassTop
executable file directly from a thumb drive, memory card or a network drive.
This level of mobility means you can manage your courses from any location
at any time.
