Each announcement is comprised of the following elements:

• Subject. The subject is a short description and should be meaningful to those who receive it.
• Message. The message is the detail of the announcement. It can be many lines long and can be formatted if pasted from Word or html.
• Display Dates. You set the range of dates and times during which the announcement is posted. You can mark the announcement for immediate display or can designate a start date and time as well as an end date and time.
