  Step 4: Save and Sync  
 
 

Select Save. The announcement will now be listed in the Posted Announcements pane. The icon to the immediate left of the announcement will have a green arrow, signifying that the announcement has not yet been synchronized with the LMS.
Select the Sync tool to synchronize with the LMS. When the synchronization is complete the green arrow on the icon will disappear.

 
 
Edit an Announcement
  To edit an announcement, follow these steps.
 
Step 1: Select the Announcements Module
 

This will take you to the Announcements page. The top half of the page lists your Posted Announcements.

Step 2: Select Course

All active courses will be displayed as buttons at the top of the window. Select the course for which you want to view announcements.

Select System to see system related announcements. System announcements cannot be edited through ClassTop.

Step 3: Select an Announcement
  Select an announcement in Posted Announcements to see the detail behind the Announcement.
Step 4: Make Changes
View
  Change the subject, description and/or display dates in the bottom portion of the page.
Step 5: Save Changes and Sync
  Select Save. The icon to the left of the itemwill have a green arrow, indicating
 

that the change has not yet been synchronized with the LMS.
Select the Sync tool to upload changes to the LMS.
